Our vision for Saint Cloud Way

Countryside Properties are working with award-winning architects Metropolitan Workshop to deliver a high quality residential-led scheme, with a focus on providing homes made up of both market sale and affordable tenures. The development will include green landscaping linking east-west to the existing Kidwells Park area, improvements to the public realm and a new north-south pedestrian link to the town centre.

Masterplan vision  

  • New routes giving the local community a new link between the Moor and the town centre
  • Heights and density will be respectful of the nearby properties
  • Many of the buildings will include internal car-parking, minimising disruption and maximising the opportunity for open space
